We have some great news for fans of Art The Clown. Filmmaker Damien Leone has confirmed that “Terrifier 4” is a go! This announcement comes before “Terrifier 3” has even made its debut to the general public.

“Yes there will be a Terrifier 4,” Leone said during a Q&A at Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas.

No other details about the film are known at this point but given previous installments we’ll venture a few guesses. First, David Howard Thornton will return as Art the Clown. Second, Art The Clown will go on a killing spree with buckets and buckets of blood and guts. We don’t like to gamble here but we think the odds are in our favor.

    “Terrifier 3”

The upcoming installment of the “Terrifier” franchise will have our beloved Art going on yet another killing spree, but this time on Christmas Eve! Who doesn’t love a yuletide slaughter?

Thornton will return in his franchise staple role. The cast also includes several of his past enemies like Sienna (Lauren LaVera), Victoria Heyes (Samantha Scaffidi), Jonathan Shaw (Elliot Fullam), and Burke (Chris Jericho). Alongside Tom Savini (“From Dusk Till Dawn”), Jason Patric (“The Lost Boys”), Antonella Rose (“Fear the Walking Dead”), Krsy Fox (“Allegoria”), Clint Howard (“Ice Cream Man”), Jon Abrahams (“House of Wax”), and Daniel Roebuck (“Final Destination”) as Santa Claus.

“Terrifier 3” hits theaters on October 11th. We’ll keep you posted on updates about “Terrifier 4” as the project develops.
