D23, the ultimate celebration of Walt Disney Studios, parks, and beyond, has kicked off in Anaheim, CA. While we did just have a very big news drop for Disney-owned Marvel Studios during San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) two weeks ago, it is very likely we’ll get some big news. Specifically, anything related to the Disney+ series like “Daredevil: Born Again,” “Agatha: All Along,” the various upcoming “Star Wars” projects, and more!

Apparently audience members were given these envelopes at the beginning of the panel.

They gave us these, but it says DO NOT OPEN…#D23 pic.twitter.com/8UD3DAV7ab

The panel is kicking off now, so stick with us for updates as they come!

Yvette Nicole Brown is hosting the kickoff of the panel! Perfect.

    Oh hey Bob Iger!

The sizzle reel shown included footage from “Snow White” (showing Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen and Rachel Ziegler as the aforementioned princess), as well as highlights from the upcoming “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” and more.

A brand-new song from “Moana 2” is being performed by Auliʻi Cravalho! Also, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson! Apparently in the sequel, Moana is taking the role of chief leader, also now has a younger sister!

Auli’i Cravalho is on stage, performing a brand new song from #Moana2. Heavy on the pacific island percussion, singing of “the future of Motunui, connected to both the land and sea”. We’d guess that it’s called ‘Who We’re Meant To Be’ #D23Expo pic.twitter.com/89U7PEBPsf

A “Moana 2” trailer is being shown! Soon as it hits, we’ll share it! You can watch it here.

Johnson just announced a project coming, called “Monster Jam.”

Rock announces he’s doing a movie called MONSTER JAM. #D23 pic.twitter.com/axwP23VljP

    “Avatar”

James Cameron has taken the stage to talk about “Avatar.” Obviously, we recently lost Cameron’s longtime producing partner Jon Landau, and there is a lovely placard in his memory at the “Avatar” booth at D23.

“Holy crap, that’s a lot of people,” Cameron said. “Avatar 3” apparently has “more emotional stakes than ever before.” There will be “new cultures, biomes and settings in Pandora” never seen before. “It’s not what you expect but it’s what you want.”

Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana are in attendance!

“Avatar: Fire and Ash” is officially the title.

    PIXAR

We are now in to the next section of the presentation- Pixar! Pete Docter takes the stage. Some updates on the upcoming “Inside Out” spinoff called “Dream Productions” – set in the dream factory inside Riley’s head. It’s set between the events of the first two films, with Docter describing it as “an inbetween-quel.” Theoretically out in 2025. A trailer was shown, but unclear if we’ll be getting that anytime soon.

Next up is Pixar’s first ‘long form’ series, “Win or Lose,” coming December 6th on Disney+.

    “Toy Story 5“

AND NOW- “Toy Story 5.” Andrew Stanton (“A Bug’s Life,” “Monsters Inc.,” “Wall-E“) will write and direct. Toy Story 5 will see Woody, Buzz and Jessie tackling “what kids are obsessed with today: electronics,” says Stanton. Reportedly in theaters Summer 2026.

    “Hoppers“

Pixar’s new original movie ‘“Hoppers” follows a girl who switches brains with beavers to learn about the secrets of beavers. Jon Hamm will voice the Mayor trying to destroy the beaver’s home. In theaters in 2026.

    “ELIO“

A new trailer was shown for “Elio,” which has Carl Sagan‘s voice in it! (hearteyes) The film follows a boy who is mistakenly identified as the ambassador for Earth. Zoe Saldana has joined the voice cast, reportedly in theaters Christmas 2025.

    “Incredibles 3“

And of course, “Incredibles 3” is happening! Brad Bird is reportedly developing the project.

    “Zootopia 2“

Oscar winner Ke Huy Quan will voice a new character named Gary in “Zootopia 2.”

    “Frozen 3″

The first logo was shared, and it’ll reportedly be released in 2027.

Jennifer Lee, head of Walt Disney Animation, teases a new original feature is coming in 2026.

    Lucasfilm

    “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew”

Jude Law is in the house, presenting the next live-action “Star Wars” spinoff series, “Skeleton Crew.” You can watch the official teaser here.

    “Andor” Season 2

Diego Luna is on hand to introduce “Andor” season 2! The second season will reportedly take place over 4 years. There is a teaser shown, that is way more sizzle reel than anything else. YES, Ben Mendelsohn will appear as Krennic, yes, Forrest Whitaker will return as Saw Gerrera. It won’t be hitting Disney+ til 2025.

    “The Mandalorian“

Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni are on stage. “The Mandalorian and Grogu” is apparently filming right now. No telling how that’ll work with star Pedro Pascal working on both “The Last of Us” season 2 and “Fantastic Four.”

“The movie doesn’t come til 2026. It’s 2 years,” Favreau said. “We just started filming a few weeks ago but it’s D23 so I figured we’d stopped by…it’s the last D23 before the movie comes out, so I figured we had to put something together!”

“I couldn’t imagine being involved in a film like this, with characters like this, especially a Baby Yoda,” Filoni said. “I don’t know where that came from!” “There are teleprompters but we don’t use them.”

There was some footage shown, Grogu and Babu Frik on a ship!

    Marvel Studios

Ryan Reynolds sent in a video to kick off this section. Kevin Feige and Anthony Mackie have taken the stage, and the first thing up is “Captain America: Brave New World.”

    “Fantastic Four“

Looks like this is the same footage that was shown during SDCC. Which almost everyone said is the best thing they saw.

The Fantastic Four cast sent a video message and Joseph Quinn is wearing the full suit. White shoulders and top half of the sleeves, light blue elsewhere, and a white 4 logo. #D23

    “Ironheart“

Ryan Coogler is on stage, along with the full cast of Marvel Studios’ “Ironheart.” A new trailer is being shown. Riri Williams is expelled from her school, and starts doing illegal jobs on the side to make money with Anthony Ramos. Expect to see this in 2025.

Ryan Coogler is here to talk #Ironheart, featuring Riri Williams, introduced in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. “I always knew she had more to her story,” he says. #D23Expo pic.twitter.com/KvQgC0YY5Z
