Real Estate Agent Dresses as Beetlejuice to Show Listings

Oklahoma real estate agent Heaven Speirs is popping up on TikTok feeds everywhere for their innovative way of selling their home listings. Generally house listing videos are done as walk throughs and can be pretty run of the mill but Speirs has caught our attention by bringing in one of the most loved movies of our generation. She’s been dressing up as Beetlejuice and partying it up in her videos showcasing the homes that she has for sale. Surely someone is bound to see this and have their interest peaked, especially if they are fans of the strange and unusual.

What I love in particular about Speirs is her inability to make a serious video. Yes, homebuying is stressful and hard. But at least she’s out here making it fun. She’s part of the realty team at Parks Jones Realty, and she covers the Lawton area in Oklahoma.

I find this particularly smart on her part for using Beetlejuice as a gimmick to get eyes on her properties. There is a new “Beetlejuice” film coming out soon so there’s got to be some sort of added benefit to that. There’s bound to be some cross over for SEO searches because of the two keywords colliding, Beetlejuice and Real Estate. And if you happen to be a Beetlejuice fan who’s also searching for a home then she’s the ghoul for you!

I mean, can you imagine the “real” Beetlejuice selling houses on the side? He did have an entire miniature city built that he was living in so it’s not like he’s unfamiliar with his town’s surroundings. He’d probably be the ghost with the most… listings? If I was a ghost I’d definitely buy from him, though it would likely be a terrible deal as he’s a bit aloof.

Luckily for Spiers clients, they don’t have to worry about getting the raw end of the deal. They’ve had many happy customers over the years and surely their eccentricity has added to the joy of buying from them. In my experience it’s the weird ones who are the most helpful and caring. So I hope she continues to let her freak flag fly especially when creating these hilarious TikTok videos.

If you’d like to reach out to Speirs to inquire about a home in Oklahoma you can do so by following her on TikTok. Happy house hunting!
