C6 EZVIZ Great for a Nanny Cam and Pet Monitor

A few weeks ago I was sent the C6 EZVIZ camera to try out and write about. I’ve been on the hunt for something easy to use that will save data without needing a subscription. Currently I’ve been using WYZE but I’m not able to save any clips without using their subscription service so I’ve just been using them as live cams when I’m working to keep an eye on the kids. When I tell you that the C6 EZVIZ was a game changer I’m not kidding, it’s been a huge asset when it comes to keeping the kids safe.

    Smart Tracking & Motion Detection

The C6 EZVIZ has smart tracking that keeps an eye on who enters, leaves or moves in the room. When my toddler walks into the kitchen it can pan and zoom so I can see what she’s doing. It also creates a clip of that event that I can go back to on my phone in the app and re-watch if I need to know what time something happened.

Because of that it also tracks which animals invade my house. I share a space with my mom and she has cats that I like to keep out of my side of the house. So I can keep an eye on when one of them comes to scratch at my couch and yell through the speaker on the camera to “get out.”

    Two-Way Talk

You can speak through the camera but what’s even cooler is that you can use it to have a conversation with someone in the room it’s in. And you can do it anywhere. If I open the app on my phone and I’m at the store, and my husband stayed home with the kids I can just broadcast my voice and ask “Hey, do we need milk?” and he can answer back. Sometimes that faster than a phone call especially when one partner is entertaining the kids.

Smart Night Vision & Sleep Mode for Privacy

Night Vision kicks on when it gets dark and you can see very well with it. They also have a setting where you can turn the camera on sleep mode for added privacy but where I put it in the living room, I don’t want to do that. It’s pretty great to monitor who comes in and out of my space at night, and spoiler alert it’s mostly cats.

    View from Anywhere

My favorite feature about the C6 EZVIZ is the fact that you can see it from anywhere. As long as you have your phone handy you can see it which is great. I mentioned using it for voice chat while at the store. It would also work for parents who want to have a date-night but also be able to keep an eye on their kids with the sitter.

    Final Thoughts

Definitely a camera that you will want to get if you have kids or pets. It’s got so much functionality and is easy to use with the app that you won’t have to do much learning. It’s very intuitive and we highly recommend this brand over using one like WYZE. You can check it out by clicking the link here.
