    Wanna Get Married in Oscar-Mayer’s Wienermobile in Las Vegas?

    For as special as they are, weddings can be a nightmare. One of your most memorable life moments is also one of its greatest stressors. From picking cake to dress decisions, to the dreaded seating chart; it’s all a big deal in so many ways. Which is why Oscar-Mayer wants to give couples a stress-free wedding experience by using the Wienermobile as your one-stop-wedding-shop.

    For one weekend in April, the Wienermobile will be pulling up to the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas, to serve as an alternate venue for your big day. You can sign up for a 30-minute timeslot on either Saturday, April 15th or Sunday, April 16th.

    Not only will you be officiated by an official Oscar-Mayer Hotdogger, you will be blessed with a wiener-shaped cake. Couples will walk down the aisle to the tune of “Here Comes The Bride” blown through classic Wiener Whistles from a quartet. Truly an unforgettable experience. And, naturally, you’ll receive photos for when you say “I do”. But you’d best come prepared. Guests will need to secure their time slots quickly, it’s first-come, first-served with the Wienermarriage. And you’ll need to make sure you’re ACTUALLY already married.

    Each couple must have a Nevada marriage license, which is about $102. But luckily not hard to obtain in the city that never sleeps.

    Stress Free and a Little Hot Dog-y

    As well as a fun experience, Ed Roland, Senior Manager Brand Communications for Oscar Mayer at The Kraft Heinz Company, released a statement to better illustrate the motivation behind hot dog nuptials.

    “From proposals and surprise meat-ups down the aisle to playing matchmaker to some of our own Hotdoggers, the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile has held a special place in fans’ hearts — so much so, we receive thousands of requests each and every year to be part of couples’ big days…Now, as more people seek stress-free ceremonies with their partners, our Hotdoggers are thrilled to reignite the joy of this special day and give them a once-in-a-lifetime experience: a wedding through a pair of meat-colored glasses.”
