Earlier this week, under the cover of darkness, a group of skiers hiked up a 3,000-foot mountain at the Alyeska Resort in Alaska. They used the full moon to guide their way up the Tea Cup Bowl, to marvel at its breathtaking majesty.
Just kidding, they drew a MASSIVE penis in the snow at the top of the mountain.
The next day social media was lighting up with pictures of the adult version of a snow angel. Guests, or just the resort itself, were so mortified they dispatched a helicopter to remove it. The problem is, the chopper did come, but only made the issue worse.
What it looks like they tried to do was make enough footprints in the snow to obscure what the drawing was of. Which, is impressive given it is the size of a football field. But progress pictures show several footprints made towards the ball region of the drawing that resembles public hair.
A later image shows it with a long curvy line down the shaft that looks like a vein. Then the last image shared shows way more footprints on the drawing. The issue is since very little was done to mare the original outline, now it just looks like a dick with a chevron pattern on it.
So some very dedicated pranksters had their work made more visible by the same people that were sent to destroy it. Social media’s reaction to the gigantic dick drawing ranges from offended to snickering like school children. Showing once and for all that art, especially humor, is subjective.
