Millennium Media’s upcoming reboot of the Hellboy film franchise has reportedly found their new Big Red. According to a press release from the studio, Jack Kesy (“Deadpool 2,” “The Strain“) will carry the Right Hand of Doom.

“Jack Kesy is a dynamic actor who has the ability to morph into his roles. His talent and stature are perfect for this younger Hellboy. I was very impressed with him while working together on The Outpost,” Jonathan Yunger, co-President of Millennium Media, said.
Brian Taylor will direct “Hellboy: The Crooked Man” from a script by Hellboy comic creator Mike Mignola. This is the first time Mignola is penning a film based on his character.
We don’t have a release date or additional casting news yet, but we’ll let you know when we do.
