The Monarchs Remain on the Throne
The Jaguars put their best foot forward during the match and decided to dethrone the monarchs. They clawed and scratched their way to the top, but only needed 3 points or more to prove their point. They didn’t leave the monarchs scathed as a Pyrrhic victory will have them watching their backs.
When it comes to the players, the Jaguars’ team was made up of Samuel, Moore, Jones, White, Franklin, Parham, Brown, Kearing, and Ormiston. The player that scored the most points was Moore as he managed to throw the ball throw the hoop 19 times. He was on the court for 34 minutes and made all of them count. No one on the Monarchs’ team could match his ferocity.
Parham scored 13 points during the game and Jones managed to score 11. He was followed by Brown with 8 points, White with 6 points, Kearing with 4, and Ormiston with 3. Franklin didn’t score a point but he performed 2 rebounds. Brown has the leading place when it comes to rebounds as he performed 7 of them.
This might be another loss for the team’s books, but they played pretty well during both games. They managed to score 29 points during the first game and dominated the second one with 35 points. But the Monarchs dominated the first one with 34 points and lost the second game with 32 points. The final score was in favor of the Monarchs.
In conclusion, both teams did their best during both games. The match was pretty close, but the Monarchs won in the end. They won by just 2 points which means they’ll remember this encounter with the Jaguars.
