    You need only use your target keyword a few times for Google to recognize that the content of your page is focused on the subject at hand.  

    However, instead of stuffing keywords into your blog, use them naturally a few times. 

    Improve your URLs  

    Your website’s URL structure also provides important SEO benefits. 

    To put it simply, if you include important keywords in the URL of your page, it becomes clearer what it is about. 

    The subject matter of a page ought to be easily discernible, both to search engines and to users, based solely on the URL of the page in question. 

    However, you must ensure that the URLs you use are concise and easy to understand. Keep it short and avoid using stop words. 

    Prioritize internal and outbound linking  

    Including relevant external links within your content informs Google about the topic of your page. 

    You also don’t want to overlook internal links. 

    Other pages on your site can benefit from links to high-authority, high-performing content on your own site. To aid Google’s bot in its crawling process, consider implementing internal links on your website as well. 

    Check to see that each page on your website links to at least one additional page you’ve created. Otherwise, the page will be considered orphaned.
