We are pretty damn excited to finally see a live-action Carrie Kelley!! Okay, so maybe it’s only in a The CW project, but “Gotham Knights“ certainly has our attention. Earlier today, additional casting announcements were made for several notable DC Comics characters joining the series.
As Variety reports:
Olivia Rose Keegan (“High School Musical: The Musical: The Series“) will play Duela Dent. Described as abrasive, unpredictable and a little unhinged, Duela is, above all, a survivor. Born in Arkham Asylum and abandoned by her father – the most dangerous man in Gotham – Duela forged herself into a brutal fighter and skilled thief.

Navia Robinson (“Thats So Raven,” “The Rocketeer“) will play Carrie Kelley. Fearless, idealistic and plucky as hell, Carrie talked her way into being Batman’s unlikely sidekick. If there’s a burning building or a person in need, she’s the first to rush in. Just as long as she’s home by curfew.

Oscar Morgan (“Master of the Air,” “Trauma“) will play Turner Hayes (who may or may not be Harm?). Despite the murder of his biological parents, Turner remains resilient and driven to live up to his billionaire adoptive father’s name. While charming and soulful, Turner has never quite felt comfortable in this world of wealth and privilege.
Berlantiverse series “Batwoman” writers Natalie Abrams, James Stoteraux, and Chad Fiveash created and will executive produce “Gotham Knights.” And no, it has nothing to do with Rocksteady’s new DC Comics game title. We’ll let you know what we hear about a likely release date.
