I want to say first that I appreciate how this video shows adults playing with the new Playmobil release. We all know that our kids are going to be the excuse to buy this. I mean, my kid was the reason I bought all the retro “My Little Pony” toys at Target (wink, wink). Even if you just collect “Star Trek” memorabilia this is something you’re going to need to display.

The commercial shows a party of grown ups playing with the new “Star Trek“ toy. The thing even has an app that you can further play make pretend with and act out little stories.
It includes Captain Kirk, Mr. Spock, Dr. McCoy, Scotty, Uhura, Sulu, and Chekov figures along with some tribbles, phasers, and communicators. You’re able to open the bridge and engineering areas for playing in and it can be suspended from the ceiling or sat on it’s special communicator badge looking stand.
Pick up your own Enterprise playset from Entertainment Earth here. It costs a pretty penny, but if you’re a collector this would be great to have.
