New Electric Blue Raspberry Freeze Arrives at Taco Bell

For me, one of the main reasons why my family and I go to Taco Bell is for their refreshing freezes.  (Of course, I never skip an opportunity for a hardy chicken quesadilla as well).

This year, Taco Bell revealed a new flavor: Electric Blue Raspberry.  Taco Bell also brought us the Baja Blast favor, which turned 15 in 2019.

My family and I recently went to our local Taco Bell to check out the new arrival.  I had wondered if it would taste like the blue raspberry Icee and Slurpee. We discovered that it had a different yet delicious taste!

Instead of being syrupy sweet, the new freeze was surprisingly tart.  I enjoyed it immensely, as well as the rest of my family. Who cares if it’s chilly outside?  It’s always a good time for a Freeze from Taco Bell. Better not wait, however, because this freeze is part of Taco Bell’s limited time menu.

“Whether you’re in it for the sweet satisfaction of the Blue Raspberry, or the jolt of the sour swirl, we’re pretty sure you’ll find the Electric Blue Raspberry Freeze as craveable as we do.”

    From Taco Bell’s website

Fans of the Sour Strawberry Skittles Freeze will be excited to know that the swirl in the new freeze is made from the same syrup.  They can reminisce and savor the taste of the recently departed freeze.

    Taco Bell Deals

The freeze is listed at $2.49 for the regular size, and $2.69 for the large.  Not only is the price great, but the large size only has 180 calories. Talk about a deal!

As always, from 2-5 p.m., happy hour commences and the freezes are only $1!

This latest arrival to Taco Bell’s menu was first reported by Delish.

Have you tried the new freeze at Taco Bell?  What did you think? Let us know in the comments!
