“Silent Night” feels regressive in the most disappointing ways, delivering a few action set pieces that are decent enough but don’t wow and are surrounded by dull, muted (literally) melodrama that, when you strip away the shtick of silence, becomes no more than the sum of its redundant and uninspiring parts.

“Bottoms” is wild, outrageous, unbelievable, and downright absurd. But somehow, it all somehow works in this hilarious film.
“Gran Turismo” overcomes its cliche ridden narrative to deliver an engaging, high octane thrill ride, one that soars when it hits the track with stylish action set pieces, elevated performances, and is executed well enough to really leave you on the edge of your seat.
“They Cloned Tyrone” is an inventive and unique genre bending film that falls in the good decision category for the streaming giant.
“Oppenheimer” is a tightly wound, patience character study ready to explode at any moment. I’m not ready to say that this is Nolan’s best film, but it is by far his best in years and the closest he’s come to matching his ambition with execution
“Barbie” is a catharsis shrouded in biting satire and vibrant imagination, and will stick with you longer than you might expect and just may have you doing some much needed soul searching.
