    Perhaps one of the most iconic totally-not-haunted-houses-with-pool in film history, this Simi Valley abode played a major part in Tobe Hooper‘s 1982 classic, “Poltergeist.” If you’re a fan of that film, or are looking to relocate to the area in California, we have some news for you. The house is on the market, and listed on Zillow!
