We are SO DELIGHTED to share the news that our dearly departed Princess General, Carrie Fisher, is finally getting her Hollywood Walk of Fame star. This has been in process for some time, and the’ve picked the perfect date.
A ceremony to honor her will take place on May the 4th, celebrated as Star Wars Day.
Fisher, who starred as Princess Leia Organa in “Star Wars,” passed away suddenly on December 27th, 2016.
This news was confirmed by the Walk of Fame’s social medias.
Mary Anne Butler (Mab) has been part of the fast-paced world of journalism since she was 15, getting her start in album reviews and live concert coverage for a nationally published (print) music magazine. Interviews, reviews, observations, breaking news, and objective reporting are the name of the game for the founder of Harkonnen Knife Fight, a Dune-themed band with an international presence. Though she be but little, she is fierce.
