Jaafar Jackson to Play Uncle Michael Jackson in Biopic

This just in-

we know who will play the King of Pop in Antoine Fuqua‘s upcoming biopic about the late Michael Jackson. It’s worth noting this film has the support of the Jackson family, something that really makes sense with the casting news.

Jaafar Jackson, son of Jermaine Jackson and brother of Jermajesty Jackson, will play his uncle Michael. We assume Jaafar will handle a certain time period of Michael’s life (probably the “Thriller” era), but not much is known about the script yet.

Fuqua will direct, from a script by John Logan.

The other big question we’re sure lots of people have is can Jaafar sing? He’s a JACKSON, of course he can.
