Atkins’ Chocolate Endulge Bars Are Candy Without The Sugar!

When someone is dealing with diabetes the hardest thing to cut is sugar. Sugar is in almost everything along with sodium. And the thought of not having candy on special occasions is just depressing. Atkins asked me if I’d like to taste their Chocolate Coconut and Caramel Nut Chew Endulge bars and I enthusiastically said yes! I’m pre-diabetic but my kids have candy around the house so I have to stay conscientious about what I eat. These bars helped make that task a lot easier.

    Chocolate Coconut

If you love Almond Joys you’re going to love this flavor Atkins bar. I personally think that this bar is better than an Almond Joy only for the fact that the coconut is much easier to consume. Sometimes Almond Joys can be a bit dry, but this bar was easy to eat and really good. It tastes like real sugar but it’s only got 1gram.

    Caramel Nut Chew Bars

These tasted similar to a Snickers bar which is amazing in all kinds of ways. The perfect replacement for that “hungry? grab a Snickers” feeling but this option is much better for you. Again this had very minimal sugar and tasted wonderful.

Alternating snacks when on a diet is also key to success. You don’t want to get bored of your food options. These bars a must have for a quick treat and refueling. And since they have good things in them you can switch them out with other staples. And, if you’re on Optavia they are a great choice for if you run out of fuelings.

Both bars get 5/5. Would eat again!
