Pixar’s hit animated “Cars” films are pretty great. Enjoyable, humorous, celebrations of fast vehicles- all good things. Imagine our delight at learning Pixar and Porsche are teaming up to build a real life “Cars” character!
Sally, voiced by Bonnie Hunt, is a sleek Porsche Carrera in the films. The luxury car brand is currently in process of building a 992 Porsche 911 styled exactly like Sally. She’ll be street legal, and gorgeous.
This will be a one of a kind build, which will be auctioned by RM Sotheby’s later this year. All proceeds will go to Girls Inc., which aims to build mentorship and education for young women and USA for UNHCR, part of the United Nations’ Refugee program currently helping refugees from Ukraine.
