Apparently Paramount+ decided to host a news day today! Kicking things off was the announcement that ViacomCBS titles will all be headed to Paramount+ streaming service. This will also include Paramount Pictures films, like the remaining “Mission: Impossible” titles once they leave theaters.

Since launch, we've made it clear: #ParamountPlus is home to a mountain of entertainment! We have the most diverse content offering in streaming, with movies, kids & family programming, news, sports & events, unscripted TV, adult animation, & scripted shows. pic.twitter.com/h8wr9Mg7yx

“Halo” got an early season 2 renewal.

There was also news that the next “Transformers” title, “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts” will kick off a new trilogy of films.

“Sonic the Hedgehog,” who’s sequel live-action film hits this April, will be getting a spinoff tv series centering on character Knuckles. Idris Elba is attached to reprise the role.

John Krasinski revealed that “A Quiet Place Part 3” will be coming in 2025. No further details were given.

Seth Rogan‘s “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” film will also be headed to Paramount+ in 2023. Also teased were a “series of villian-driven TMNT films.”

“Blues Clues” will also be getting a new series, as well as….ugh….Baby Shark. (Yes really.)

“Dora The Explorer” gets a new animated AND live-action series!

MTV’s hit series “Teen Wolf” is BACK, as a film this time! And, a tv series continuation, “Wolf Pack,” based on the books Edo van Belkom.

Mary Anne Butler (Mab) has been part of the fast-paced world of journalism since she was 15, getting her start in album reviews and live concert coverage for a nationally published (print) music magazine. She eventually transitioned to online media, writing for such sites as UGO/IGN, ComicsOnline, Geek Magazine, Ace of Geeks, Aggressive Comix (where she is still Editor-in-Chief), Bleeding Cool (where she was News Editor), and now Nerdbot as Editor-In-Chief. Over the past 10 years, she’s built a reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always). Interviews, reviews, observations, breaking news, and objective reporting are the name of the game for the founder of Harkonnen Knife Fight, a Dune-themed band with an international presence. Though she be but little, she is fierce.
