4 Super-Fun Board Games for Adults

Contrary to what some people still believe, board games are not just for children.   In fact, some adult-themed board games like dartboard are most certainly not for children at all! If you are already aware of all that, do check out this particular section of discount coupons specially curated for fans of table games and board games alike. You will likely be able to find coupons for getting discounts on some of the following super-fun board games for adults there too. In case you have not tried a board game for a long time, then you are in for a surprise next.

    Cards Against Humanity

If there was ever a list of board games which are not to be played with children, Cards Against Humanity would definitely be on that list! Did you know that the original description of the game itself lists it as a board game for “horrible people?” Don’t be alarmed though, it’s just a board game somewhat similar to Apples to Apples, albeit with a dark humor setting which is disturbingly hilarious. Just do not start playing the game with young children or seniors!

    Ticket to Ride

Ticket to Ride is supposed to be a family board game and it most certainly can be. There are no adult themes here to keep the children out, but the rules of the game will likely be too complex for most young children. For adults though, Ticket to Ride is a 2 to 5 player strategy game which is similar to Monopoly in some ways, but much less time-consuming and is built on the theme of owning the railroads and tracks of early 20th century USA. This one is not as much a party game, as it is a strategy game for those really invested in complex board games.

    Adult Loaded Questions

The Adult version of the Loaded Questions series, this is not a board game for children. If you are thinking that the name pretty much explains what the game could be about, then you are spot on. This is a super fun, adult party game, full of loaded questions to make people blush and spark unprecedented conversations among the players. Do make sure that everyone playing has an open mind and is in a mood to indulge themselves a bit. There are other versions of the same game with less adult-oriented loaded questions, but this is the version with the highest ratings for a reason.

    One Night Ultimate Werewolf

The simplistic name might not inspire a lot of confidence, but One Night Ultimate Werewolf is still one of the most fun party games that you can play with as many as 10 players. What makes One Night Ultimate Werewolf especially fun is the fact that it takes roughly 10 – 15 minutes to complete an entire game, which is a very short timeframe, and quite rare to find in board games. Six roles, simple rules and a lot of fun defines One Night Ultimate Werewolf in short. If you like the game, the manufacturer also has several other versions with different themes (Ultimate Alien, Ultimate Vampire, Ultimate Super Heroes, etc.) for you to try out.

Keep in mind that none of the classics such as Chess, Clue and Ludo were included on this list because hopefully everybody already knows about them. Also, there is no denying that all-time classics such as Monopoly, Scrabble or Stratego are just as much for adults as they are for children. However, if you were looking for a list of super-fun board games that are just as fun as they are new in their presentation, now you know which ones to buy for the next party or family get-together.
