This just in-Christina Ricci has officially joined Netflix’s upcoming “Wednesday” series! Hailing from Tim Burton, this is a modern reimagining of Wednesday Addams, daughter of Mortitia and Gomez. This just in-Sounds like Irish pop/rock sensation U2 are getting the “Bohemian Rhapsody” biopic series treatment. We say “Bohemian Rhapsody” because the same writer, Anthony McCarten, will also pen this project. JJ Abrams and Bad Robot are reportedly producing the U2 project, which will be housed on Netflix. At present, there are no details about how much Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr. will actually be involved. Here’s hoping this series doesn’t run into the same issues as the Billy Joel one currently in production- which doesn’t have the rights to Joel’s likeness or his musical catalog.…
Never forget an actual branch of the United States military was sued by Netflix for copyright infringement. And lost, at least in certain territories. That said, the ‘actual real’ Space Force continues to move ahead, complete with unit emblems and slogans. One Twitter user posted a thread recently, showing off each branch’s emblems. They’re about as ridiculous as you can imagine. It’s worth looking through the entire thing. And also, don’t forget the ‘official’ Space Force logo, which looks /sarcasm strangely like the ol “Star Trek” Starfleet logo. Seasons 1-2 of “Space Force” are available to stream on Netflix.
